United States - Vermont - Brewed with Pilsner malt, flaked rice, and Bavarian noble hopvarietals, this single decocted, light-bodied pale lager is super dry, crisp, and easy drinking, with subtle notes of hay, honeysuckle, jasmine, and fresh cut grass.

Vermont- Munich Helles Lager- 4.9% ABV. From the German word for "Bright", our golden lager displays a floral hop aroma with a bready malt balance. Helles is brewed with pilsner malt, and perle and tettnanger hops resulting in an incredibly clean yet complex lager.

Vermont- Vienna Lager- "Named after the city in which it originated, our Vienna style lager is brewed using a decoction boiling process. Munich, Pilsner and Vienna malts are used, which add depth to its amber color. Subtle hops, crisp, with residual sweetness."

Vermont- Munich Dunkel Lager- Brilliant crimson hues from large amounts of Munich malts. Bitterness is moderate, with just enough to balance out any sweetness from the malt. Dunkel is smooth, rich and complex, but does not finish heavy.

Vermont- Marzen/Oktoberfest - 5.6% ABV. Brewed with a blend of light and dark Munich malts. Caramel and toffee notes linger but are balanced by the subtle hop additions. We use Hallertau and Tettnanger hops to add a floral yet peppery aroma to our take of a traditional fest beer.

United States - Connecticut - This collaboration with Live Oak Brewing of Austin, Texas we brewed A Bamberg-style pale lager. This unfiltered Helles is gold in color with subtle notesof campfire, hay, and honeysuckle with a medium-light body and bright and crisp finish.

Vermont- Maibock/Helles Bock- 6.9% ABV. This collaboration with Thin Man Brewery is a malt forward, early spring pale lager, using Weyermann Pilsner and Munich malts. A light dry-hopping brings a floral, grassy, and spicy bouquet to the nose.
