Oregon- Munich Helles Lager. This style of beer generally offers a full body featuring balanced flavor and aroma of bready malt sweetness and German hop spice. This style of beer pairs well with light dishes such as salad and shellfish.

United States - Oregon - French Pilsner: Belgian Pilsner malt and a small amount of Spelt (Heirloom wheat), French Hops: Strisselspalt. Floral spice, soft grass, soft mouthfeel. Refreshing, gentle bitterness.

United States - Oregon - Pungent, hop-forward, drying, light. We hopped this with spice heavy German hops; Spalt Select and Tettnanger. Then we dry-hopped it with Polaris and more Tettnanger, krausened with fresh Czech Pils wort, spunded and cold-conditioned to perfection.
