West Cork Whiskey

Ireland- IPA Cask Finish Blended whiskey is a 75/25 blend of Irish wheat & malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills, aged 4 years in first fill bourbon casks. Blend finished for 6 months in casks that held Black of Kinsale IPA Beer.

Ireland- A delicate blend of grain and malt whiskey matured in bourbon casks, delivering a smooth and approachable whiskey. It exudes aromas of toasted grain, honey, and tangerine zest with flavors of malt with rich honey and caramel notes, and a soft vanilla finish.
