West Cork Whiskey

Ireland- IPA Cask Finish Blended whiskey is a 75/25 blend of Irish wheat & malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills, aged 4 years in first fill bourbon casks. Blend finished for 6 months in casks that held Black of Kinsale IPA Beer.

Ireland- Once blended the product is aged in ex-bourbon casks for six months, giving it an oak brown color with aromas of malt and dried fruit and flavor notes orchard fruit, herbs, almonds and candy. Long finish with hints of honey and almonds.

Ireland- A delicate blend of grain and malt whiskey matured in bourbon casks, delivering a smooth and approachable whiskey. It exudes aromas of toasted grain, honey, and tangerine zest with flavors of malt with rich honey and caramel notes, and a soft vanilla finish.

Ireland- Single malt Irish Whiskey, aged for 4 years in sherry casks. Carries aromas of spice, dried leather and sweet fruit, flavors of intense spice, malt and cracked pepper and finishing with spice, nutmeg, long-lasting malt and dried fruit. #19 Whiskies of 2018, Whisky Advocate

Ireland- Voted "Top 20 Whiskey 2018" by Whiskey Advocate. Single Malt Irish Whiskey aged 4 years in Sherry Cask before finishing in barrels charred using natural peat obtained from the iconic Glengarriff Forest. Slightly sweet dried fruit with smoke and peaty undertones.
