United States - 46% - Beer Cask Finish explores the impact of cask finishing on flavor. They’ve integrated saison, stout, scotch ale, and doppelbock casks exchanged with renowned Pacific Northwest craft brewers, resulting in a celebrated, bright, crisp, malt-forward whiskey.

United States - This limited annual bottling of fifteen casks is distilled entirely from American peated malt. Matured in a combination of new and used oak casks, the resulting whiskey offers familiar peat notes alongside something entirely new.

United States - 46% - Wine Cask Finish brings forward the Pacific Northwest’s rich winemaking history by introducing Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Washington Red Blend casks. The resulting whiskey balances intricate fruity notes with a rich and robust palate.

United States - Washington - Westland Garryana 4 is a bold, experimental whisky that richly layered with sherry sweetness and warming spice. A shift from sherry-forward flavors to butterscotch, apple cider, chocolate, spice, and prominent wood notes.

Washington- Garryana 6th Edition marries Garryana oak with Brandy and Sherry casks and is described as having aromas of raspberry reduction, maple candy, dulce de leche, and a faint hint of clove. It also has notes of cedar, cinnamon, dried apricot, and light caramel on the palate.

United States - Washington - 50% - Edition 4 of Colere originates from Fritz barley, derived from the WSU Bread Lab research center. This barley presents a variety of ester notes that present themselves in a bouquet of fruit tones that then hit the palate with an herbaceous finish.
