United States - Washington - Westland Garryana 4 is a bold, experimental whisky that richly layered with sherry sweetness and warming spice. A shift from sherry-forward flavors to butterscotch, apple cider, chocolate, spice, and prominent wood notes.

Washington - 0% - This release combines the sturdy and savory spice qualities of Garry Oak w/ the rich and dark fruit tones from Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, Washington State red wine casks. Spice notes of Garryana oak with wine cask finishes to create a floral and rounded sip.

United States - 50.0% - Westland and Filson are cut from the same cloth. Based in Seattle, Washington, both companies make real things in time-honored ways with an integrity that comes from understanding the essence of the Pacific Northwest at an elemental level.

United States - 50.0% - The 3rd edition of Colere features a 2-row barley called Pilot. Edition 3 introduces the use of a 2nd fill Oloroso Hogshead. The subtle influence of this used Sherry cask brings a layer of depth and continuity to the final bottling.

United States - Washington - 50.0% - Edition 4 of Colere originates from Fritz barley, derived from the WSU Bread Lab research center. This barley presents a variety of ester notes that present themselves in a bouquet of fruit tones that then hit the palate with an herbaceous finish.
