Pennsylvania- Tripel- 9.3% ABV. World Beer Cup Bronze medal 2010. Pilsner malts and Belgian yeast strains yield complex flavors of fruit and spice to this golden yellow colored ale. Bottle conditioning imparts a creamier carbonation and allows the beer to become dryer as it ages.

Pennsylvania- English Barley Wine- 11.1% ABV. True to European style, this copper-brown libation is brewed on the malty side, featuring notes of date and fig on the palate. The finish is warm and fruity. Enjoy in a brandy snifter or wine glass.

Pennsylvania- Quadrupel- 12% ABV. Big and delicious, QUAD is an elegant and dark ale. Rich with complexity and flavor, try savoring it after a long day or during a fine dinner. You also might enjoy it as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a dessert, but it stands alone quite well.
