Japan - 40% - This Kura The Whisky Sherry Cask expression is a delightful new whisky matured in the finest Oloroso sherry casks. The maturation period has imparted rich notes of winter berries, dried fruits, bitter dark and chocolate.

Lowlands - Single Malt that has been matured in ex-bourbon & sherry casks. Characteristically citrusy & light, with cereal & floral aromas. A marriage of ex-sherry hogsheads & bourbon barrels, which accents the floral & gentle fruity character of the whisky. Double Gold - SFWSC

Japan- Imported by the Georgia Royal Collection Inc. Distilled and bottled at Ohishi Distillery in Japan using malted and unmalted rice. Aged in a sherry cask. Rich, soft, and balanced.

Ireland - Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in copper pot stills. Matured in a combination of Bourbon seasoned American Oak barrels and Oloroso Sherry seasoned Spanish oak casks. Double Gold Medal - San Francisco Spirits Competition

Israel- Milk & Honey Sherry Elements comes straight from Jerez. This is the first single malt whisky that has been matured in Kosher sherry casks, seasoned exclusively for Milk & Honey distillery. It gives the whiskey a unique sherry flavor that is delicious.

Taiwan- Matured in Moscatel Sherry casks and produced from at least 85% of the grape varietal Moscatel del Alejandria. A naturally sweet wine, Moscatel imports notes of floral aromas and a honeyes palate. Notes of fruity jam and chocolate. Buttery and creamy on the palate.

Japan- The Akashi Single Malt Sherry Cask is a limited, annual release. This delightfully elegant single malt is aged 5 years in Pedro Ximenez casks then finished in Oloroso casks. A beautiful depiction of Japanese whisky and ideal for any sherry lover.

Taiwan- Copper color. Attractive aromas and flavors of raisin cake, caramelized nuts, orange blossom honey and cola. Oily, vibrant, and fruity body with an even, complex, long finish. Notes of nuts, fruit chutney, straw, and limestone. A remarkably rich and concentrated dessert whisky.

Canada - 42% - Savor the hallmark taste of CC Classic aged to 15 years: spicy, creamy with hints of toffee, the subtle sweetness and warmth from aging in oloroso sherry casks and rich, mellow wood. A true classic from Canadian Club.

Japan - 42% - Nose: Champagne, dried plums, sweet dates, big. Palate: Stewed fruit, caramelized orchard fruit, and apple cider with Sherry, of course. Finish: Sweet with a citrus quench. Playful and asks for a second sip.

Iowa- Traditional Templeton 6 Year Rye with an additional 9 months in Oloroso Sherry Casks, Rich mouthfeel with tropical fruit and exotic spices complimented spectacularly by milk chocolate and walnuts.

Japan - 42% - Nose: Caramelized coconut, big Oak, touch of char, powdered sugar, and white peach. Palate: Toasted creme brûlée, creamy, hint of pear, roasted almonds, and white raisins.

Ireland - Selected by Master Distiller, Alex Chasko. Unique 13 yr whiskey, initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and then finished for over 4 yrs in PX Sherry casks. Robust character with a complex yet harmoniously balanced fruit, spice and sweetness profile.

Taiwan- A Taiwanese single malt whisky matured in Sherry casks at Nantou Distillery. On the palate it is very powerful, ripe orange, dried apricot, honey, raisin, vanilla, cloves, dark chocolate, dried apricot. Finish is strong and rich flavoured.

Japan - 40% - Exclusively distilled, matured & bottled in Okinawa, Shibui 8Yr Old Sherry Cask hails from the oldest distillery on the island, built in 1846. This small batch whisky is limited to less than 6,000 bottles for the world.

Ireland- Single Malt Irish Whiskey aged 10 years finished in Sherry Casks. One of three cask finishes, the Sherry version layers bold and lovely dried fruit and hazelnut tones over the existing warm golden-vanilla 10-year-old whiskey base. Dessert worthy. 94pt. Wine Enthusiast 2012.

Maryland - Aged in American oak and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, this whiskey offers rich flavors of toffee, fig, dark chocolate, and molasses. Bold and smooth with subtle spice, it finishes with a long, warming finish. A refined, dessert-like experience at 100 proof.

Kentucky- James E Pepper 1776 Straight Rye Sherry Cask is an unfiltered whiskey bottled at 92 proof after aging in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks. This whiskey is rich in flavor with subtle complexity highlighting notes of chocolate, raisins, fruitcake, and rye spice.

United States - Courage & Conviction Pedro Ximenez Sherry Single Cask delivers notes of raspberry coulis, brown sugar, toasted walnuts. A rounded mouthfeel leads to a soft and complex finish, with a lingering hint of barrel spice.

Taiwan- The dark gold and amber color truly emobody the full aromas and tastes that characterize a great whisky. Rich fudge qualities and the slightest hints of chocolate blend with the fruity character of the spirit. The fruitiness is complex. It ends with a soft finish.

Wyoming- A whiskey gets its color and character from the cask in which it ages and matures. This Double Cask Whiskey goes through the process twice. The first 5 years of maturation in a new charred oak barrel make it a bourbon, the second time in decades-old Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

Scotland - Rare 25-Year-Old Whisky crafted from a trio of casks distilled on June 26, 1997. Initially matured in refill butts that previously held Scotch Whisky, then finished in an Oloroso Sherry Butt for a decade. Notes of dark chocolate, nuttiness & spiced, stewed fruits.

Spain - 54% - This 15 yr old whisky distilled in Spain from 100% Spanish-grown corn, is aged at full proof in Oloroso Sherry casks. Bota “NO” refers to special barrels in the solera that show singularity and stand out. Only 900 btls produced.

United States - 57.76% - Cask Series P.X. Sherry is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys to enhance and complement the sumptuous flavor derived from P.X. barrels. Rich, full bodied bourbon with layers of toasted coffee, golden honey and candied fruit flavors.
