White Mead

Michigan - Gourmet white honey from Grand Traverse County produces this wonderfully sweet and light mead with honey all through the nose, pallet, and finish. Sweetness level similar to Muscato. Never thick and never syrupy. How mead was meant to taste!

Wisconsin - This sweet raspberry mead has notes of tartness but the addition of honey balance it quite nicely. Pair with chocolate, fresh fruit, cheesecakes, or even tiramisu.

Wisconsin - "[This wine is] dry, [with] black currant and honey, compare to boujolouis, light bodied, fruity, spice from American oak. Pair with lamb, grilled salmon, smoked meats and fish."

Wisconsin - This semi-sweet wine is velvety with a spicy finish. This balanced allows for it to be paired with fresh fruits, some light salads, and accompany some sweet desserts.

Wisconsin - This is a traditional mean with just honey and water. Its sweetness is similar to that of Moscato. Pair with spicy Asian dishes, and cheese courses or charcuterie.
