White Vermouth

Spain - 18% - Dry white vermouth is the most intense and powerful vermouth, and consequently it is associated with the most powerful god of Olympus, Zeus. Produced with 90% local macabeo grapes & 10% mistela fortified wine. Natural and superior botanicals

Washington-19.9%- Witty is their version of a dry white vermouth. It starts with Sauvignon Blanc wine and a four stage process that infuses different herbs and spices into the wine and spirit bases. Witty is an acidic vermouth: great with gin and sake.

Washington-19.9%- Pretty is their version of a Blanc style vermouth. It starts with Pinot Gris wine from the Wahluke Slope. Then they add vanilla bean, cardamom, elderflower, chamomile, lemon peel, comfrey, and angelica.

France - Cognac - 17% - Guerin Vermouth is the best selling French vermouth made with wine, Pineau des Charentes and botanicals, then aged in Cognac casks. This process gives their vermouth flavors of white peaches and acacia. Perfect neat on ice with cheeses, or in cocktails.

Spain - 15% - A rare dry vermut with a which adds a briny and umami touch to cocktails with a balance of sweetness and acidity. A fresh and clean finish with a long a refreshing aftertaste. A great alternative to Dolin or Noilly Prat.
