North Carolina- American Wild Ale- 6.9%ABV. This Barrel-Aged American Sour undergoes secondary fermentation on a pound-per-gallon of Montmorency Cherries. A portion of this beer was also aged in barrels with almonds to impart an Amaretto character to the final blend.
