Wild Ale

California- American Wild Ale. This style of beer generally offers unique flavors and aromas created by fermentation utilizing wild yeast or bacteria such as Brettanomyces, Pedioccocus, or Lactobacillus. Please see packaging for more information.

Wisconsin- American Wild Ale- 4.5% ABV. Extremely pale yellow in color, it is everything you loved about our Berliner Weisse. Refreshingly tart acidity would be an understatement, and a light mouthfeel that finishes dry, begging you to drink more greets you at the end of every sip.

Texas- American Amber/Red Ale- 6.5%ABV. A bright, hop-forward amber-red beer, Tarantula is Wild Acres beer to satisfy IPA lovers. It features plenty of late-addition Mosaic and Amarillo hops that give it a distinct aroma.

Illinois - Spiced American Ale -Sour aroma, hints of cinnamon and a cloudy orange color, this pumpkin beer is perfect for fall with attributes that will remind you of the Harvest.

Minnesota- Berliner Weissbier- 6.0% ABV. Inspired by the classic Lime Rickey. Tart citrus and sugary cherry meld perfectly into a comfy nest of marshmallow sweetness. Luscious and vibrant red and bursting with stone fruit and pithy aromas.

United States - Minnesota - A soft, approachable hazy IPA. Brewed with a heavy dose of white wheat. Hopped and double dry-hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic, and Mosaic Cryo.

Arizona - American Wild Ale - 4.3% ABV Unfiltered with a pleasant tartness and a smooth dry blueberry finish. Much like its namesake, V. Beauregard has plenty of sass. Just don't drink too many or you may turn into a blueberry.

Pennsylvania- American Wild Ale- 9.5% ABV. Born from the same imported malts, Belgian yeast, and a mix of magical spices, this monkey decided to take a walk on the tangy side. With a swirling citrusy, lemon bit and a delectable essence, you better pucker up and respect this monkey.

Belgium- Tripel- 8.0% ABV. Amarillo & Cascade, are added to our Petrus Tripel to enhance the character & aroma. Then the brewmaster adds 15% of our foeder beer to give it a touch of sourness & fruitiness. This beer is an unprecedented combination of a hoppy tripel & sour foeder beer.
