Oregon- American Wild Ale- 7.6% ABV. BARREL AGED. Based on a blend of sour blonde ales, this beer went through 9 months lactic fermentation and aging in oak wine barrels. The apricots were allowed to slowly ripen before introduction into the beer; the beer then aged another six months.
