Virginia- Fruit Lambic- 5.5% ABV. As winter turns to spring, we welcome back Schnitzelbank, our classic German-style Hefeweizen. Exploding with all of the banana and clove character you’d expect from a Hefe, Schnitzelbank helps prepare us for the warmer, brighter days to come.

South Carolina-Berliner Weissbier- This beer NEEDS to make it into your cooler! Created by intentionally souring this Berliner Weisse style ale with Lactobacillus in our kettle and then fermenting it with our house Ale yeast. Infused with fresh blackberry and raspberry.

Oregon- American Wild Ale- 7.6% ABV. BARREL AGED. Based on a blend of sour blonde ales, this beer went through 9 months lactic fermentation and aging in oak wine barrels. The apricots were allowed to slowly ripen before introduction into the beer; the beer then aged another six months.

California- American Wild Ale- 6% ABV. BARREL AGED. A blonde sour ale brewed with Brettanomyces yeast. A blend of beers aged for 18 months in both oak foeders and French oak barrels.

United States - North Carolina - Much like Snoop, we like to Trop it like it’s Hot! This IPA fit for an island was hopped with Mosaic, Sultana & HBC 586! Expect wild notes of juicy pineapple, succulent tangerine, guava, and a slight hint of resiny dry finish.

United States - Wisconsin - Are you thirsty like a wolf for a juicy, hazy double IPA? Lunar Wolf abounds with tropical and stone fruit aromas that gives way to a medium body and a wild dank finish you’ll howl for. We’re over the moon for this one. Awooooooooo!

California- American Stout- 6.9% ABV. BARREL AGED. Pours a deep ebony color with a beautiful mahogany head that leaves a beautiful lacing. Woody, vanilla-like notes balanced with aromas of backed bread, toffee and espresso followed by flavors of rich chocolate and roasted notes.

California- American Porter- 6% ABV. Aged for 6 months in Wild Turkey bourbon barrels, our Salted Caramel is woody and slightly sweet with notes of vanilla and coconut. It's smooth with a medium-light body and mouth feel and a light banana/fruit aroma.

Belgium- Flanders Red Ale- 7% ABV. SOUR ALE. A very special, vintage dated, limited barrel release of a fine Rodenbach sour ale. Expect a fine example of a sour Belgian style with barrel ageing and wild yeast fermentation. Enjoy.

United States - Texas - Montmorency vs Balaton is a barrel aged wild ale refermented on large quantities of Montmorency and Balaton cherries from Michigan. Visually stunning and bursting with tart cherry flavor complimented with a fruit and spice aroma.

Oregon - American Wild Ale - 7.7% ABV. Based on a collaboration recipe originally designed with our friends at Bruery Terreux, the 2017 One Way Or Another combines whole, Northwest-grown marionberries and Meyer lemon zest with sour blond ale aged in oak barrels for up to 16 months.

Colorado- American Wild Ale- 6.5+% ABV. BARREL AGED in oak, with raspberried added. "Luscious ripe red raspberries are elegantly intertwined with a bountiful amount of lactic acidity and delicate barrel nuances to cultivate this stunning sour ale."

Illinois- American Wild Ale- 6.7% ABV. Fermented with wild yeasts and aged in cabernet barrels with blackberries, Juliet is a tart, fruity, complex ale. Notes of wood, tannin, dark fruit and spice make it an ideal beer to suggest to Pinot Noir enthusiasts and drinkers of Belgian sours.
