Winter Hill Ale

Massachusetts- American Pale Ale. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas with less hop bitterness than an American IPA. Use of different hops offer different flavors and aromas.

Massachusetts- Hazy/New England-Style IPA. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas with much less bitterness than American IPAs, as well as a much hazier appearance.

Massachusetts- Russian Imperial Stout- 9.2% ABV. Often lauded as a late night poor decision beer, this stout is burly with notes of chocolate, roasted malts, and dark fruit. Enjoy!

United States - Vermont - A collaboration that merges the best of BBCO and Barr Hill. Together we crafted an English-Style Barleywine with Barr Hill's renowned raw honey, aged to perfection in Tom Cat Gin barrels for 18 months.

United States - Texas - For Necrølith, We added 500 pounds of Hill Country Sourdough Bread made with 100% Texas-grown grains. We then added the sourdough to an imperial stout mash with English caramel and chocolate malts and oats.

United States - Vermont - This English-style Barleywine, brewed with Barr Hill raw honey, has been aged in Vermont rye whiskey barrels, transforming it into a complex and robust brew that’s brimming with character.
