New York- Apple Cider- 6.9% ABV. Botanical Cider is a collaboration of fine cider making and a deep knowledge of herbalism. This delicious cider infuses Lemon Balm, Ginger, Elderberry, Pomegranate, Dandelion Root, and Tumeric to create a unique harmony of herbs and fruit.

New York - Apple Cider - 6.9% ABV Apples: 26% Braeburn, 17% Gold Rush, 15% Cameo, 9% Fuji, 8% Pink Lady, 8% Jonagold, 6% Granny Smith, 5% Golden Delicious, 3% NY2 and 3% Idared, grown by the Halseys of White Cap Farm in Bridgehampton. Cote de Blanc wine yeast. Force carbonated.
