Wolves Whiskey

United States - California - 55% - 12 barrels were distilled in 2015 in an antique alambic brandy still, from tow-row pale malted barley, and fermented with California Ale yeast. 11 of the 12 barrels were blended together and bottled at 110 proof for this expression.

United States - 55% - In 2012, 10 barrels were distilled from barley imported from Ireland and stored in New American Oak. Of those 10 barrels, 9 were blended and bottled at 110 proof for this release. Each bottle is hand wrapped in Italian sheepskin.

California - Wolves' signature blend offers a unique taste profile. Distilled from beer, rather than a grain mash. Coming off the copper Brandy still, these beer distillates have massive body. They are hoppy, complex, and vanilla-forward. Citrus and chocolate cut by a Rye whiskey.

United States - 51.50% - Tasting notes for the nose: orange peel, caramel, cinnamon, baking spice, chocolate, raspberry jam. Palate: ginger bread, tobacco, toasted nuts, caramel candy. Finish: lingering vanilla and caramel sweetness with a pop of spice. Velvety mouthfeel.

United States - 53% - Winter Run 3 of Wolves' Signature Blend incorporates two whiskies (6 and 8 years old) distilled from pilsner beer, a whiskey (10 years old) distilled from stout beer, and an 8 year old rye whiskey. Each bottle hand wrapped in leather.

United States - 62.5% - The Wolves Whiskey Single Barrel is the epitome of rare. Only one barrel was laid down to make this 7 year old masterpiece truly one of a kind and irreplicable. Made by 13th generation Master Distiller in Northern California using an old, slow brandy still.

United States - California - 48% - Bold and inspired, this American Single Malt is a celebration of the American West and its intrepid past. Aged for 5 years in California wine barrels under Arizona heat before hand-selected barrels are blended & finished in aged Cognac casks.
