Xicaru Mezcal

Mexico- Made in small batches with time-honored methods in Oaxaca. Natural smoky flavor perfect over generations. Earthy characteristics on the front of the palate give way to citrus and vegetal agave notes that finish distinctively clean.

Mexico- Made with 100% agave espadin cooked in a stove oven with mesquite and ocote woods. Barrel aging makes this a more full and complex mezcal. Notes of vanilla and oak with sweet, smoky finish.

Mexico- With Xicaru Silver 102, Fernando Santibanez honors the tradition of master mezcaleros, who prize the concentrated characteristics of high-proof mezcals. Fernando selects a smaller cut from the heart of the distillate, giving Xicaru Silver 102 a bolder, more robust flavor.

Mexico- Xicaru Reposado is made with 100% agave espadin cooked in a stove oven with mesquite and ocote woods. For two to four months, Xicaru Reposado rests in medium-toasted American oak barrels.
