Texas- Double pot stilled from 3 Texas grown grains: 65% Texas yellow corn, 25% Elbon rye and 10% San Jacinto barley - and aged at least 30 months. While most high rye bourbons are typically described as having a spicy character, Yellow Rose Harris County has a bit more.

Made from 100% corn and aged in small American oak barrels, a sweeter, full flavored whiskey with warm caramel and vanilla overtones. Using the traditional pot still produces a true small batch whiskey. 2013 Double Gold Medal Winner - San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
