Texas- Double pot stilled from 3 Texas grown grains: 65% Texas yellow corn, 25% Elbon rye and 10% San Jacinto barley - and aged at least 30 months. While most high rye bourbons are typically described as having a spicy character, Yellow Rose Harris County has a bit more.

Hand selected, blended and bottled in Texas. Made from 95% rye, this special release production spirit is a true American classic perfect for fine cocktails. Slightly sweet, mild on the pepper with a medium finish.
