Spain – Japanese inspired with a slight Mediterranean twist; this unconventional gin combines the traditional cereal grains with rice creating a delicate mouthfeel. The subtle flavor of yuzu is well balanced with other notes such as ginger, kumquat and fresh dragon fruit.

Japan- Yuzu Gin, distinctly Japanese handcrafted with a sweet potato shochu base and yuzu, hyuganatsu & sansho pepper botanicals. The shochu base creates a lovely and complex richness. The distillery uses natural and environmentally friendly practices with locally sourced ingredients,

Japan- Distilled at the Akita Distillery on Honchu Island. It is macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese YUZU, juniper berries, and licorice root. Etsu Gin is fresh with citrus notes and natural ingredients giving this gin a fresh taste and light finish.
