What is Total Wine & More’s mask policy?

  • In locations with state or local mask requirements: All customers must wear a mask or face shield to shop with us in store in accordance with state or local regulations. We are happy to provide a face covering if you don’t have one with you. If you do not want to wear a mask or cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition, we encourage you to shop with us online and select curbside pickup or delivery (if available in your market).
  • In locations without state or local mask requirements: Customers may shop with us in store without a mask or face shield if they are fully vaccinated. This is in accordance with CDC guidance, which states that fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear a mask in most settings. Total Wine & More will not require proof of vaccination.

 

What is Total Wine & More doing to keep guests safe and healthy as they shop in the stores?

  • Enhanced and more frequent cleaning and disinfecting of our stores, particularly in high-touch areas using disinfectants for cleaning that are EPA-approved to prevent emerging viral pathogens claims associated with COVID-19.
  • Clear acrylic shields at all checkout lanes.
  • Monitoring and metering customer access to stores as needed or based on state or local requirements of the number of persons permitted in the building at one time.
  • Increasing capacity and timeslots for delivery and pick-up orders to accommodate the increase in demand for these services.
  • Creating contactless pickup procedures as allowed by applicable state law, including curbside pickup, in-store pickup, and delivery.

 

What are other fulfillment options available for guests?

Total Wine & More offers a range of fulfillment services; please check your store for availability. These services include:

  • Order online and pick up in store
  • Order online and we will bring it to your car for contactless curbside pickup
  • Order online and have it delivered. Our drivers will bring your order to your doorstep, where allowed by law.
  • Order online and have it shipped directly to you, where allowed by law

What is Total Wine & More doing to keep our team members safe and healthy?

  • Requiring team members to stay home when they are feeling unwell.
  • Offering new, additional emergency paid sick time and excusing absences related to COVID-19 events.
  • Requiring temperature checks before every shift using No Touch Infrared Thermometers. Team members with a temperature are asked to return home.
  • Close monitoring of the health of our team members, including a daily checklist to track and monitor any signs and symptoms.
  • At all stores at all times, a team member is assigned to act as a Health & Safety/COVID Captain to ensure all safety protocols and procedures are being followed and executed daily.
  • Reminding employees to practice social distancing, follow good hygiene, wash their hands frequently and avoid touching their eyes, nose and mouth.
