Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. pomegranate juice
- 1 oz. white Rum
- 1/4 oz. simple syrup
- 2 oz. Prosecco
Instructions
Add pomegranate juice, Rum and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into a glass with with crushed ice. Top with Prosecco.

Instructions

Ingredients
- 2 c. apple juice
- 1/4 c. orange liqueur
- 1 - 750 ml bottle sparkling wine
- 1 pear
- Fresh sprigs of thyme for garnish
Instructions
In a pitcher, combine apple juice, pear slices, thyme and liqueur. Stir together and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Fill 6 glasses with ice. Strain the liqueur mixture into glasses. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
