Paul is obsessed. For over 30 years he has been exploring the different terroirs of Argentina’s Mendoza region and crafting wines that uniquely express the land. He is recognized around the world for defying tradition and taking an innovative, scientific approach to winemaking. He’s also a pioneer who helped launch Argentina and Malbec onto the international wine stage—his 1999 vintage of Cobos Malbec received the highest score an Argentine wine had ever received.
