Cucumber Collins
Ingredients
- 2 part(s) Cucumber Vodka or Cucumber Gin
- 1 part(s) Elderflower Liqueur
- 3/4 part(s) Lemon juice
- Club soda
- Cucumber slice to garnish
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients except club soda into a shaker tin and add ice.
- Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a collins or highball glass filled with ice and top with club soda. Stir gently.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice.
