Mint Julep
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 part(s) Bourbon
- part(s) mint syrup
- 1 dash(es) bitters
- Handful mint leaves (optional)
- Mint sprig for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake hard.
- Strain into a julep tin filled with crushed ice.
- Top with more crushed ice to form an ice dome and garnish with a mint sprig.
