Ingredients
- 2 part(s) Blended Scotch
- 3/4 part(s) Ginger Liqueur
- 1/2 part(s) honey syrup
- 3/4 part(s) lemon juice
- Float of Single Malt Scotch
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients except Islay single malt into a shaker tin and add ice.
- Shake hard until well-chilled.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
- Float Single Malt Scotch on surface of cocktail.
