Dirty Martini

Dirty Martini Recipe

Olive juice gives this one its racy name—the more olive juice the dirtier the Martini. Start with Vodka or Gin, add Dirty Martini mix and garnish with olives.

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 parts Vodka or Gin
  • Half part olive juice or Dirty Martini mix
  • 2 olives for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, add ice, and shake.
  2. Strain into a Martini glass.
  3. Garnish with two olives.

This cocktail will wake you up. Espresso Vodka and Coffee Liqueur mixed with Irish Cream is for the night owls.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 parts Espresso Vodka
  • 3 parts Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 part Irish Cream

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Optional garnish with 3 coffee beans.
  4. Make as a single serving or batch for larger gatherings.

Lemon Drop Martini Recipe

Pucker up for lemon, lemon and more lemon! Citron Vodka, Limoncello, lemon juice and simple syrup make a sweet-tart treat.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 parts Citron Vodka
  • 1.5 parts Limoncello
  • 1 part lemon juice
  • Half part simple syrup
  • Lemon slice for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Pour Citron Vodka, Limoncello, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
  2. Coat rim of glass with lemon juice and dip into sugar (optional).
  3. Shake well and strain into chilled Martini glass. Garnish with slice of lemon.
