Kentucky- In 1927, Daviess County survived Prohibition by selling it as bonded medical whiskey. A proprierity blend of wheat and rye mash bill is used for sweetness and spice. Bottled at 96 proof and finished in a Cabernet Sauvignon barrel for depth.
