New York- This single barrel bourbon is made from a very unique mash bill - 59% corn, 28% spelt, 13% malted wheat. The result is a soft bourbon with citrus notes, rich toffee on the nose and a creaminess on the pallet. Only 8 barrels of this bourbon were produced.
