United States - Kentucky - 57.5% - This is a 17 barrel blend of 8-11 year Straight Bourbon Whiskey at 115 proof. A portion of the barrels from this blend were double barreled for two and a half years. Tea soaked dried apricots and all spice with a hint of almond danish and frangipane.
