Product Highlights

France - Made from 100% Gamay from vines that are over 40 years old on pink granite soils. The wine is in contact with the skins for 6-12 hours, with the primary fermentation in stainless steel. Aged for 12 months in wooden pupitres, before hand-riddling & disgorgement.
