Italy- A blend of Corvina and Rondinella grapes selected during the late harvest, and left to dry in racks for a minimum of 4 months. The fermentation is then halted, leaving residual sugar in the highly concentrated wine, offering sweet, ripe blackberry and cherry flavors.
