Yecia, Spain- This blend was aged entirely in French oak barrels for ten months. Deep garnet purple in color this red has a nose of black cherry, dark plum, baked currant, black pepper and leafy notes. Pleasant acidity gives clean fruit flavors with a long finish. Pair with red meats.
