Righetti Valpolicella Ripasso

Tuscany, Italy - 70% Corvina, 20% Rondinella and 10% other indigenous grapes are fermented in stainless steel followed by malolactic fermentation inside casks containing the lees of Amarone. This process is called Ripasso and it adds depth and flavor complexity to the wine.
